At Learn and Grow, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to explore their potential beyond the classroom. Our enrichment programs are designed for students in grades 2–12 and introduce real-world skills in a fun, age-appropriate, and engaging way. We offer programs in three high-impact areas: Financial Literacy, Coding & Technology, and Business & Entrepreneurship. Each program is segmented by grade band so every student learns at exactly the right level. Programs are available for individual students, school partnerships, and youth-serving organizations.

Financial Literacy for Kids

Our Financial Literacy program gives students grade-by-grade skills to understand, manage, and grow money - starting in 2nd grade

Grades 2–3  |  Building the Foundation

  • Understanding the difference between needs and wants

  • Counting money and making change in real-life scenarios

  • Introduction to saving: goals, patience, and piggy banks

Grades 6–8  |  Real-World Money Management

  • Building and managing a monthly budget

Coding & Technology

Our Coding & Technology program builds computational thinking and real-world digital skills for students in grades 2-12, no prior experience needed.

Grades 2–3  |  Introduction to Coding Concepts

Business & Entrepreneurship for Kids

Our Business & Entrepreneurship program teaches students in grades 2-12 to think like entrepreneurs - building confidence, creativity, and real-world problem-solving skills

  • Our enrichment programs serve students in grades 2 through 12. Each program is segmented by grade band — Grades 2–3, 4–5, 6–8, and 9–12 — so every student learns content that is appropriately challenging and engaging for where they are.

  • Yes! Many of our school partners choose to offer all three enrichment tracks — Financial Literacy, Coding, and Business & Entrepreneurship — as part of a comprehensive after-school or in-school enrichment experience. We’ll work with your schedule to make it seamless
